1.4 Repeat Infringer Policy
PETS CARE USA reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

All advertising claims made by PETS CARE USA about the Website's services are substantiated. Product-specific claims displayed on the Website originate from Suppliers and represent the Suppliers' own advertising claims, which are the sole responsibility of the applicable Supplier.

Such warnings, if applicable, are provided by the Product manufacturer and are displayed in the product listing when made available by the Supplier. SECTION 9 – STATE PRIVACY ADDENDUM
PETS CARE USA complies with state privacy laws applicable to California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and Texas (TDPSA).
